We analyze the customer's specifications and the conditions on site and define the system limits of the control cabinets. Everything is taken into account, from the required short-circuit resistance and requirements for hazardous areas according to ATEX to the applicable communication standard.
Using planning tools such as the EPLAN platform and other programs, we plan your switch cabinets and take care of:

✔ Network and short-circuit calculation
✔ Planning the switch cabinets

✔ Testing
✔ Part and design verification
With the help of the digital twin, including 3D planning, you get full transparency, even during the concept phase.

Vertical integration > 90%, production area 3,000 m², DIN EN 61439 compliant.
Our control cabinets are mechanically processed on the basis of 3D data from the planning tools using a 5-axis laser or a 3-axis milling machine, assembled and wired in air-conditioned production lines. Each cabinet undergoes factory acceptance tests (FAT), including VDE and functional tests with digital test logging.
